In July of 2010, Junction created a strategy for Yahoo! stakeholders to resolve inefficiencies in agency/Yahoo! communication, reduce monthly marketing spend, and improve production time. After the assessment of the existing process, Junction provided a clear strategy to achieve all three objectives.
Junction implemented a single point of contact, eliminating inefficient communications between 10-15 Yahoo! stakeholders and the agency resources. By implementing this process, Junction was able to reduce the agency resource need from 10 to 4.5 resources. This not only reduced Yahoo! monthly marketing spend by more than 50% but also improved production time by 100%.
