Entry Format:
Create and send us a short (60-90 seconds) video or written essay (1-2 pages) describing your business, your challenges, and your New Year's Resolution. All submissions must be sent via email, containing an embedded video, file attachment, or website (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) link, and must contain the following information: Name, Company Name, Website (if available), Address, Email Address, and Phone Number.
